Using the website
The website includes a skip-to-content link, structured headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, image descriptions, and a booking alternative when the assessment cannot run. We check layouts at desktop and mobile widths.
If something gets in the way
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. Include your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include private or sensitive records.
Another way to start
You can email [email protected] instead of using the assessment or booking calendar. Describe one recurring task, request, or handoff, and the help you need.
